I Highly recommend the Medical Department Store. I have worked with other rental and purchase stores, in different cities, and Savannah is the absolute best! She arranged for so much help and equipment, including a wonderful motorized wheelchair, extra long portable ramp, and more. It was all delivered to my hotel, then moved a week later to another area - I keep prolonging my stay in Florida, and Savannah has made everything so easy for me! Also, I am new to using a wheelchair, so this was particularly helpful.

I purchased an electric bed for my husband who is in a memory care facility 16 mom. ago from the Pine Ridge Naples Store. Recently, the remote for the bed was lost and Savannah the manager went above and beyond to get me a new one as fast as possible. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful medical supply store where all the staff go the extra mile to help their customers.
